The whole Dantoy range, which is manufactured in Denmark, can still be supplied to retailers worldwide in time for the festive season.

Dantoy is launching a new series of gift boxes and toys, which can be supplied to retailers in the UK and across the globe in time for Christmas 2021. Dantoy’s Anne Harding told Toy World: “All our products are produced here in Denmark, so there are no problems with shipping from the Far East to contend with. As long as orders are placed soon, we can still deliver them to retailers in time for Christmas.”

A selection of new gift boxes, featuring brand new products in fresh colours, is now available. Additions to the gift box range include the Green Garden Tea Set; the Thorbjorn Baking Set; the Green Garden Hotdog Set and My Little Princess Ice Set. Each new line comes in a trendy and sustainable closed box.

In addition, Dantoy is also launching the Green Garden Planting School, a new development within the Green Garden range. This new introduction comprises a planting set featuring flowerpots, toy vegetables, garden stakes and a garden frame. It is also designed to be a simple sorting box, so toddlers can practise their fine-motor skills and learn about colours, shapes and numbers when they try to put the right play vegetables into the right slots.

The Green Garden Planting School also doubles up as a genuine planting set, allowing older children to plant real seeds in the pots and grow the plants in the garden frame, which can fit on a windowsill. The child can look at the garden stake to see whether their plant has grown since yesterday.

Dantoy has also tested how children play in the sandbox, which abounds with play value and social interaction in multifaceted games, combining toy vegetables with the rest of the kitchen assortment. Toy carrots, radishes and onions can be planted in rows, pulled up, washed, and served to one another and the adults. Real herbs and vegetables can be sown in the pots, establishing a natural connection between what children eat and the seeds they plant. This allows children to watch as the seeds grow into plants. Children can learn to identify the different plants and learn the importance of how caring for plants enables them grow and develop.

For further details on these new introductions, together with Dantoy’s special BIO series of Bioplastic toys, which comprises as a minimum 90% bio-based and 100% recycled bioplastic, contact sales manager Anne Krogh Harding akh@dantoy.dk, or visit www.dantoy.dk
