Are there any growers here with experience with native grasses? I picked up a pkg of Nootka Reedgrass seeds to grow in pots around my lot and possibly propagate by either splitting or seed collection later on down the road, just wondering if anyone’s got specific advice related to this variety or similar dunegrasses. I think I might go with the river loam I’ve got in the back of my truck right now and some 20 gallon plastic pots that I’m not using.
My conditions are zone 8b-9a, central Oregon coast, salt zone (1000′ from ocean), very windy, 72" annual rainfall
